We have set up a size guide on all items in the store. If you are still unsure after consulting it, please contact our customer service directly, our team will be happy to assist you quickly.
The average processing time for an order is 48 hours. Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, when all the products in them are available.

DELIVERY

Our delivery times to France and Europe :

The processing of your order, the making of the products, and the delivery (free) require our team a period of 10 to 20 working days. We do everything possible for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

Our delivery times worldwide are 14 to 21 days working, don't forget that delivery is free everywhere in the world (excluding DROM), enjoy it! 🎁

At Bohème Infinity, secure delivery is FREE in mainland France, but also worldwide! (excluding DROM)
Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive your order number:

- by SMS (if you provided your phone number)

Then you just need to enter your order number in our tracking platform to follow the progress of your package.

⚠️ It sometimes takes 5 to 10 business days for your tracking information to update.

If you have entered your order number in our tracking platform and it shows no information, don't panic! It sometimes takes 5 to business days before the carrier updates the tracking information.

If you placed an order with multiple items, and you have already received half of your order without receiving the other half, do not worry at all!

We work with several storage warehouses and it may be that depending on your order, you will receive your items in multiple orders.

When we receive your order, the amount due is debited within 24 hours following it.
First, start by checking the expiration date of your credit card. It may also be a case of exceeding the limit of your credit card. Contact your bank to find out more.
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one single discount code per order. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURN & REFUND

If you wish to return your order or an item from your order for X reasons, it is of course possible. We accept returns within a period of 14 working days from the day of receipt of your order. Returned items must be in new condition, never worn and never washed. We will inspect the items once received*.

*We reserve the right to refuse your item if it does not meet the criteria mentioned above.
