ORDER

4 - Payment: we offer several payment solutions, the choice is yours.

5 - Order confirmation: To be sure that your order has been recorded, you must reach this step. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail or SMS (indicate your telephone number) with the reference of your order.

We have implemented a size guide on all items in the store. If you are still hesitant after consulting it, contact our customer service directly, our team will be happy to help you quickly.

The average order processing time is 48 hours.

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, when all products are available.

DELIVERY

Our delivery times to France and Europe :

Processing your order, making the products and delivering (free) requires our team to take 10 to 20 working days. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

Our delivery times worldwide are 14 to 21 days working, don't forget that delivery is free everywhere in the world (excluding overseas territories), take advantage of it ! 🎁

At Bohème Infinity, secure delivery is FREE in mainland France, but also throughout the world! (excluding DROM)

Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive your order number:

- bySMS(if you have indicated your telephone number)

- or by mail

You will then just have to enter your order number in our tracking platform in order to follow the progress of your package.

⚠️ It may take5 to 10 business daysfor your tracking information to update.

If you have entered your order number into our tracking platform and it does not indicate any information, don't panic! It may take 5 to business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.

If you placed an order with several items, and you have already received half of your order without receiving the other half, don't worry!

We work with several storage warehouses and it is possible that depending on your order, you will receive your items in several orders.  

First of all, make sure you have checked the status of your package in our tracking platform .

When we receive your order, the amount due will be debited within 24 hours following it.

First, start by checking the expiration date of your bank card. It may also be a case of exceeding the limit of your bank card. Contact your bank to find out more.

No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.

RETURN & REFUND

If you wish to return your order or an item in your order for X reasons, this is of course possible. We accept returns within 14 working days from the day we receive your order. Returned items must be innew condition, never have been worn and never washed. We will inspect items once received*.

*We have the right to refuse your item if it does not meet the criteria cited above.

❌ All package returns made after the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery date cannot be refunded by us. Thank you for your understanding.

Do not hesitate to consult our refund policy to find out all the terms and conditions of our refunds and returns.

Upon receipt of your return package, we analyze and inspect your items to verify their conformity.

❌ If your item(s) arrive in poor conditions, we will be forced to return your package to you. Thank you for your understanding.

After Sales Service
