  2. Hover over More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data.
  3. To Clear items: select all.
  4. Make sure the Cached images and files and Cookies and other site and plug-in data boxes are checked, then click Clear browsing data.
  5. Restart your browser. For Firefox:
  6. Select the menu at the top right (?) and click on History, Clear recent history then check the Cookies box.
  7. Next to Interval to clear, select all.
  8. Make sure the Cache box is checked in the Details section, then click Clear Now.
  9. Restart your browser.
