HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

• We ship the package in 2 to 3 business days.
• The delivery process then takes 10 to 20 business days depending on your location (1 month to expect for overseas territories).
• Your order number serves as a tracking number. You can check the status of your order on our tracking platform. (It sometimes takes 5 to 7 business days before the carrier updates the tracking information)
• Once the package is sent, only the transport company is responsible for it.
