Return and refund

1) BEFORE making a return, please ensure that you meet the following conditions: 

• The item is indeed in its original packaging.
• The request must be made within 14 days (from the delivery date).
• The item has never been washed or even worn; it must be in its original condition.
• The tags must be attached to the item.

2) For any return request, contact us by email: help@boheme-infinity.com 

3) Return the desired items by following the instructions given by our customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Bohème Infinity is not responsible in case of an address error by the customer and reserves the right to refuse: 

• A return sent or indicated after the return deadline of 14 days after receiving your order.
• An item not in its original condition. 

 

REFUND/GIFT CARD

Our refund times are 7 to 14 days depending on your payment method (credit card, Mastercard, or Visa).

In the case of a voucher/gift card in our store, it will be valid for six months from its creation and can be used on all products in our store.
